Service Description

BarreIntensity is our take on a cardio barre! Expect all the burn of a barre class but expect more kicks, jumps (always optional) and plenty of fun, barre combos to get your heart racing and body burning! 35 minute class with 5 minute cool down.

Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to attend class please ensure you cancel via your online account no later than 2 hours notice. Cancellations/no shows will be charged the full amount based on the pricing plan used to book your session.
