Service Description

BarreYoga combines an express Barre class with a deep, Yin Yoga stretch. Enjoy full body strengthening sequences performed at the barre followed by a super rewarding and effective 20 minute stretch where positions are held in a Yin style to encourage a deeper stretch to improve mobility and calm the mind. The perfect compliment to your barre workout!

Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to attend class please ensure you cancel via your online account no later than 2 hours notice. Cancellations/no shows will be charged the full amount based on the pricing plan used to book your session.
