MatFire+Flow is our dynamic Vinyassa Yoga inspired mat class that flows from one fire-y sequence to the next, strengthening, stretching and mobilising your entire body lead by the amazing Kirsti.

Cancellation Policy

If you're unable to attend class please ensure you cancel via your online account no later than 2 hours notice. Cancellations/no shows will be charged the full amount based on the pricing plan used to book your session.
