Sculpt is a dynamic matwork class that flows from one exercise to the next, toning and strengthening your entire body with the use of props. The perfect wid-meek class to compliment your workout regime.
Cancellation Policy
If you're unable to attend class please ensure you cancel via your online account no later than 2 hours notice. Cancellations/no shows will be charged the full amount based on the pricing plan used to book your session.
